I originally visited last Sept time for treatment of adult Acne and was prescribed Accutane and I had a positive... experience for the 7/8 months. This started to change around June/July time. Around June I had a couple of negative experiences over the phone with one of the admin staff but I was happy to continue treatment as I genuinely liked Dr Hiba. In June I had told the clinic that I was going on holiday about 3/4 weeks before and asked if I was able to get an appt earlier for my prescription. When on the phone I was told 'people usually tell us earlier' and that I would get a call back. I then heard nothing so phoned the clinic myself to be told it was fine but Dr Hiba would be on holiday so could just come in to get the prescription (this was fine). But, when I attended I had a very negative experience. Firstly, I at this point was on both Accutane and was trailing Spironolactone and before I attended and multiple times I spoke to reception I asked if I could have both prescriptions. I was told this would be fine. However, when I attended I only had the Accutane, I asked why the other hadn't been added to no response just 'Dr Hiba' has not told us so we don't know. I was fine to not have the additional prescription if the reason was because I had to do this via check up but this seems like bad communication between staff and lack of patient support. In addition to this i felt very uncomfortable when the therapist wanted to take pictures when I clearly didn't want to. When one of the receptionist asked why the therapist said 'oh she is one of the unlucky ones'. I understand if she meant no harm but this made me even more self conscious about myself and feel less confident of the following says. This is not a way you speak to patients who are paying privately and made me not want to go back.Following this I never went back to the clinic and weirdly my skin has improved a lot without treatment.Wow ok so now I am a liar I don't agree with your response'I have discussed this with my team, and they have assured me that no such comment was made' -I came home and was very upset after this comment and cried being told I am 'one of the unlucky ones' made by your therapist and her smiling. Knowing I am viewed as a liar makes me know I made the right decision in not returning.read more

I went to this clinic for a birthmark removal (on dark skin) using Q switch laser. Unfortunately it darkened the... birthmark after the test patch.Dr Hiba was nice however it’s unfortunate to waste alot of money on something that clearly doesn’t work on dark skin.read more

I chose Dr. Hiba Injibar and Dermasurge based on the on-line reviews and my experience matched the top reviews shared.... I felt welcomed, heard, and not rushed. I left with a treatment plan and they even offered to call and check with a familiar pharmacy to be sure that my medicines would be ready as quickly as possible. The response time via email to set up the appt. was prompt and helpful and so, too was the follow up email after my appt. Good customer service and the doctor takes the time to review your situation. As the treatment is still ongoing I... cannot put 5 stars (depends on the outcome of my procedure) but as an overall experience its good. I came in today for a consultation and was offered a biopsy straight away as there had been a cancellation which was... fantastic. I was really impressed with Dr. Hiba the entire Dermasurge team. I have rosacea and have rarely encountered... dermatologists who are very knowledgeable about it or who actually take a close look at my skin. Dr. Hiba is well versed in the treatments for it and looked at my skin closely to determine what regime I needed. June 2022 procedures:Dr. Hiba has once again done an exceptional job for myself as a patient - always caring,... courteous, informative, and precise, she has turned back the clock on my middle-age male appearance and has helped me to look over a decade more youthful within one fillers visit (both cheeks and below the eyes). This is the first time I have tried such a procedure, but I knew Dr. Hiba would be the one I could put my trust in to make me look younger but natural and fresh without overdoing anything. Once again, thank you so much Dr. Hiba - I absolutely love the results - as does my partner and fellow patient! You always do wonders and are ethical, professional, and exceptional. The initial procedure I had done with Dr. Hiba was about a year ago where she put my mind at ease by removing some concerning moles. Again, she was very courteous in ensuring I received biopsy results as quickly as possible so that I would not worry too much - a testament to a great doctor and caring human being who takes the Hippocratic Oath to heart.
