I can’t recommend Dermasurge more, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a skin lump that had developed over... the past few months and I was so nervous to have it investigated, but at soon as I entered Dr Hiba & all of the staff were so kind and put me completely at ease. Dr Hiba answered all of my questions - even those I forgot to ask. I’m looking forward to coming back for my CO2 laser treatment for an unrelated issue :)read more

Dr Hiba was very through, heard me out and helped me out from my first visit with my prescription. Obviously every case... is different but for me I had been to a couple of clinics and I was not taken seriously by my NHS go. I have been going to Dermasurge for about 4 months for acne treatment. From the first initial appointment to now, I... have felt like I have been in safe hands with Dr. Hiba and that my skin issues were accurately assessed with the appropriate treatment plan given. Every appointment at the clinic has been extremely smooth and efficient. I have always left feeling supported and hopeful about the continued improvement of my skin. I chose Dr. Hiba Injibar and Dermasurge based on the on-line reviews and my experience matched the top reviews shared.... I felt welcomed, heard, and not rushed. I left with a treatment plan and they even offered to call and check with a familiar pharmacy to be sure that my medicines would be ready as quickly as possible. The response time via email to set up the appt. was prompt and helpful and so, too was the follow up email after my appt. I was really impressed with Dr. Hiba the entire Dermasurge team. I have rosacea and have rarely encountered... dermatologists who are very knowledgeable about it or who actually take a close look at my skin. Dr. Hiba is well versed in the treatments for it and looked at my skin closely to determine what regime I needed. I felt heard and cared for and feel very confident returning for some laser treatment. Also, it was an all woman team when I went and I loved that! Thanks for everything.read more

June 2022 procedures:Dr. Hiba has once again done an exceptional job for myself as a patient - always caring,... courteous, informative, and precise, she has turned back the clock on my middle-age male appearance and has helped me to look over a decade more youthful within one fillers visit (both cheeks and below the eyes). This is the first time I have tried such a procedure, but I knew Dr. Hiba would be the one I could put my trust in to make me look younger but natural and fresh without overdoing anything. Once again, thank you so much Dr. Hiba - I absolutely love the results - as does my partner and fellow patient! You always do wonders and are ethical, professional, and exceptional. The initial procedure I had done with Dr. Hiba was about a year ago where she put my mind at ease by removing some concerning moles. Again, she was very courteous in ensuring I received biopsy results as quickly as possible so that I would not worry too much - a testament to a great doctor and caring human being who takes the Hippocratic Oath to heart. I am thrilled with the outcome of my SCARLESS lip lift procedure. The outcome was exactly what I wanted; a subtle natural red show on my upper lip without the duskiness of filler or the bull ring scar!
